The twenty-fifth film in the Bond series was the last of five movies to star Daniel Craig in the leading role. The film was directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga from a screenplay he co-wrote with Neil Purvis, Robert Wade and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

The tailoring provided by Tom Ford for Daniel Craig's appearances as 007 contained a number of sartorial nods to the original Bond Style created by Anthony Sinclair.

The most significant example is the Black Shawl Collar Dinner Suit with gauntlet cuffs, which mirrors the details of Sean Connery's outfit worn in his first scene as James Bond - although Connery's suit was, of course, Midnight Blue.   

Another wardrobe piece of note is the Unstructured Corduroy Suit made by Massimo Alba; a style that has been frequently requested by Sinclair customers, together with the Blue Button Down Shirt that accompanied it.
